How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you when order is shipped. You should be able to track order within a couple of hours upon receiving email.
What are your delivery options?
Once order is placed it should take 1-2 days for order to process then will ship USPS ground 2-5 Business days.

Unfortunately at this time there is no way to contact our couriers; please direct any questions related to your order to sales@hollicrafted.com.
Do you provide International delivery?
At this time we only ship within the United States.
What is your returns policy?
We hope you enjoy all the soaps and lotions we send out but if there is a problem with your order, you can return unused soap or lotion within 14 days of delivery.
